Armbinders, Strappados, & Cuffs! (With @BoundInBlissFP!)

After staking out a diner, @BoundinBlissFP has finally made their move and kidnapped one of the waitstaff! They get put in a strappado with an armbinder, then some cuffs... will they be able to escape their kidnapping, or will they be a stuck captive?
